We only use environmentally friendly manures for the sake of the protecting of our environment. In addition, we keep a rigorous record of traceability for all products used.

All fertiliser’s applications are made with organic manure for the sake of environmental protection. All treatments are administered in a struggle followed by our so-called rational agronomist. A traceability of all products used is made.

The vinification is carried out by Jean-Pierre Toxé in close collaboration with our oenologist Stéphane Toutoundji from the laboratory Pauquet & Toutoundji. All our wines are bottled on the premises.
